Patlopa Marketing respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification containing:

• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in federal court

We will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

Patlopa Marketing will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
